Dr. Hanes was very helpful with my dog and the assistant as well.
The workers there were very helpful and friendly. They were also efficient and caring. The Vet was also caring and thorough. They’re open til noon on Saturdays.
Been coming here for years & never had an issue, until today. My dog had been vomiting and we suspected she ate something. We had an appt at 4, and arrived early. Dr. Forester came in saying our dog was in heat, and I asked if that could cause vomiting? She laughed and didn’t answer my question. From that moment on she was rolling her eyes, scoffing whenever I asked questions, answering my questions like if I was a kid and treating me like a bother.
