RUN BEFORE YOU HAVE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE OR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS NEEDED TO FIX their mistake. They didn't even apologise and only offered to switch products. I went in for a chemical peel and it was my first. She took an inventory of the products I was using (showed her) and she did a superficial peel. First woman went well. I went back for another peel and my original aesthetician was not available, so I went with Crystal.
