This used to be a place that gave you the feeling of being cared for like you were family. This was my second visit since the passing of DR David N Karbach and my first visit without the warm welcome of His wife Trish. From the point of reception the family feeling was gone! Had a wait to be seen by the hygienist and the even a longer wait to be examined by the new Dentist. Again, the family feeling was gone.
