Meanwhile I was driving a rental that smelled like urine. No one reached out to update me on my car’s status or informed me that there had been a delay in receiving parts. I had to contact the shop myself. A repair that I was told should take a week to ten days took 3 weeks. I understand that delays can happen but no one communicated with me. 5 Star : Returned Clean
