Me and my wife just closed on our first home. Jeff did an amazing job helping us find the house we wanted. Babb Real Estate and the team was the best that I could ask for. If I could give zero stars I would. We were moved into a property that hadn't been prepared for new tenants. They didn't ensure that the carpets were properly sanitized, and there were multiple issues found during our walkthrough. I went on vacation and thought that my husband was taking care of things, only to find out that management never reached out and closed our request. I am insanely disappointed with how this process has gone.
Jeff and his team did a hell of a job! We had our water heater stop working. Within 24hrs we had someone come out, and even replace the water heater the same day. Really impressed with how on top of it they were today. They really know how to do a great job taking care of their tenants and making sure we have a great experience living in the home.
