Hello, I am contacting you regarding my driver’s license/ID that was retained by your security staff last night. I understand that there was an incident involving the presentation of my identification, but the ID belongs to me and is a valid government-issued ID. I think they're trying to recreate the magic of cafe Istanbul. Unfortunately they miss the mark. Areas to improve: customer service. If guests are making the effort to spend their money for a good time, all members of staff need to make the effort to be welcoming an accommodating. Next up- organization.
