Unfortunately, the imaging quality was very poor. It appears the equipment is outdated, which resulted in low-quality images. Having to go somewhere else to get another MRI. I would not recommend this location and suggest choosing a facility with newer technology.
Not very please with front staff, restrooms were very dirty. I got there at 3:45 for an appointment at 4 and then I get there and they advise me my appointment is at 4;30. I advised them i have a text it says 4. There response was yes but your appointment is at 4:30 so you can fill out paper work. I told them they should let me know since I work and iam trying to rush to the appointment. There was no response. I will not go back I would rather go to the harlingen. Customer service is awful. Front desk people have you waiting around just to get the disk for imaging! And if you ask them they tell you it's gonna be awhile and they're just sitting there doing nothing!
I've never seen so much incompetence in one place in my entire life. They jacked me around rescheduling me until my insurance authorization expired & now I have to get rescheduled yet again. The state of our health care in S Texas especially is the worst ive ever seen in my 61 years
Worst place ever to go for any kind of service! They never have anything ready, never answer the phones, don’t call you back, take forever with results. Worst experience ever with an office! Have never left a 1 rating till now! Hopefully management or región reaches out to me regarding Baaxten Imaging center
