Worst place ever to go for any kind of service! They never have anything ready, never answer the phones, don’t call you back, take forever with results. Worst experience ever with an office! Have never left a 1 rating till now! Hopefully management or región reaches out to me regarding Baaxten Imaging center

Appt made for 9am still waiting , since 8:50am , still waiting , they have a receptionist that didn’t help when i asked if we could turn on the TV , She said no , don’t know where the TV remote was , same thing told last time I visited which was maybe 1 or 2 years ago ! They have a large Roku TV and yet the patients sit and worry about their illness! Instead of watching a comedy or a cooking channel to busy our minds ! But they obviously do not Care !!!! I had a 1:30 appointment, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half while others who arrived much later—some as late as 2:30—were seen before me. Despite being repeatedly told by the receptionists that I was next, other patients continued to be called ahead of me. The experience was frustrating and poorly managed.
