Baas Construction put the deck on our house in May 2011. It looks great! Mark was very nice to work with! He suggested the cement pad landing at the bottom of the stairs, and it turned out very nice. Their estimate was almost exactly what the final invoice price was (a few dollars difference with the guessing of the building permit price). He kept in contact with us during the project to let us know the progress and estimated finish date (always depending on the weather, which is always expected).
