I just received a response from the owners about my rating so I would like to clarify. This 4 star rating is a bit baffling it had to be a day that I met with Tom. I have been a client here on and off for a couple of years now. I have been a client of many clinics over the years and on a scale of 1 to 10 it's about a 5. That said this clinic has a high turn over of staff so the rating depends on he they have fired or allowed to quit and who they were replaced by. Please make sure you fix this issue . I believe when people surrender themselves to treatment they also surrender themselves to be treated with respect a dignity . Professionalism should be top priority nothing less .
