I just received a response from the owners about my rating so I would like to clarify. This 4 star rating is a bit baffling it had to be a day that I met with Tom. I have been a client here on and off for a couple of years now. I have been a client of many clinics over the years and on a scale of 1 to 10 it's about a 5. Please make sure you fix this issue . I believe when people surrender themselves to treatment they also surrender themselves to be treated with respect a dignity . Professionalism should be top priority nothing less .
