I'VE NEVER POSTED A REVIEW BEFORE SO THAT SHOULD TELL YOU I DON'T NORMALLY DO THIS. HOWEVER THIS WAS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO SAY SOMETHING! THE WAY THIS CLINIC LIKES TO PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S SOBRIETY IS NOT OKAY AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP.
OKAY I GOT ON HERE TO PUT AN UPDATE! BECAUSE THINGS HAVE GOTTEN TREMENDOUSLY WORSE SINCE I MADE MY FIRST REVIEW! I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE REGARDING MY ISSUES AND I HAVE YET TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME BACK AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH. SO I DECIDED TO JUST GIVE UP ON THIS CLINIC AND MOVE TO A DIFFERENT CLINIC. NOW BAART IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY TRANSFER PAPERWORK THEY'RE MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET IT! I expressed concerns with how my father had been treated here to the director— he’s completely disabled and they refused to let him sit on a chair outside while he waited for me to pick him up and also refused to let him sit inside. When I arrived my father was holding himself up by the beam. I am versed in ADA and if this is how they will treat my disabled father I am concerned with how they are treating people with substance use disorders.
