That was the worse experience I’ve ever had very unprofessional and rude. I describe it as a cluster u know what. I have medical insurance and they did not treat me and left me sick I am filing a formal complaint against them for their negligence
This is a terrible clinic. They don’t care about helping you. They make you run in circles and ask you the same questions but don’t actually work with the patient to achieve their needs to help them get stable. At intake instead of listening to you the manager just tells the subordinate what to type instead of acknowledging and listening to the patient when they are being interviewed. They just hand out methadone and say here is some methadone for a few hours to hold you over knowing that by hour 6 or 8 you are in full blown... read more
