Ever since I found Bart program, my life has changed so significantly. It's gotten better. I'm with my children more and everything. I have actually got money to do things with now. The BART program is amazing program and I I really really do recommend you guys to everybody I come across that needs help. I think it wasn't for this program. I'd probably be dead already. BAART programs has literally saved my life. I was in shambles prior to BAART no self respect, lost my family and their respect, did not have a home or decent vehicle my entire life was up in the air I had absolutely no direction. Needless to say after meeting the extremely professional staff with their respectful down to earth attitude they made me feel right at home. I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible because I'm very very angry about it and I could just write along for an hour about how much I hate this place okay I was at the BAART in Fresno for 4 years and it was fine this one in Porterville is horrible I cannot believe they are in business other than the people of Porterville have no other choice.
