Do not rent from this company. I had my apartment professionally cleaned when I moved out as well as carpets professionally steam cleaned. The place was in better condition when I moved out vs in. When I finally received my deposit(well after the 30 day deadline as stated in the contract), she had taken out money for professional cleaning. Instead of a reasonable explanation as to why my money was taken out, I received a letter from an attorney in the mail representing Baars. My property has been managed by Baars for the past 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. LaTrease Stevenson is phenomenally responsive to emails and phone calls. She always took care of any issues, immediately, with tremendous follow-up and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Do not rent from this company. My husband and I had a terrible experience with them. They have a terrible attitude and no customer service. Our house had terrible carpet stains when we moved in and we got charged for it at move out even though we noted it. With so many rental companies in the area save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
