Jackie was great! I booked my appointment two weeks ahead of time and wound up agitating a disc about a week before my massage, when I got to Jackie we talked about my mobility, hot spots for nerve pain, and where I was in terms of my chiropractic care. She catered the combination massage perfectly to get mobility back into my spine and hips. Jackie is my new therapist for my regular maintenance routine!

Jackie is a rare find on the central coast - she is trained in Thailand and incorporates the unique therapeutic techniques of this type of massage with deep knowledge of the muscular anatomy of the body - she is AMAZING- I wish I lived here as she would be part of my wellness routine.
My experience with Jackie at Baan Thai Massage was fantastic!!!! I had sore muscles where I didn’t even know I had. I would highly recommend Baan Thai for anyone that wants / needs mental and physical relief.The only reason I picked 5 star is because it didn’t give me an option for 10
We are so lucky to have Jackie in Morro Bay. Best massage outside of Thailand! I see her every couple of weeks and get so much relief from the knots in my back after each visit. Highly recommend for anyone who has struggled with knots/tension and wants to actually see positive changes.
