I have been going to Dr. Baalman's office for just under 20 years and he was the only one that inform me of my astigmatism. There is always friendly staff. I always feel welcomed. I now have since started sending my son go to Baalman since he has the same eye issues as I do and now have my Husband going to Baalman as well. I will keep sending business his way whenever I can. I will drive from Andover to west Wichita to keep seeing him. Thanks, Baalman Eye care center staff.
I have worked here for almost 22 years, we have the best patients and the best Dr.s in Wichita. I think most new patients are surprised at how thorough Dr. Baalman and Dr. Pruett’s exams are. We also have a large selection of spectacles at reasonable prices.
Both my son and I see Dr.Pruett and have had a great experience! She is very thorough and has plenty of patience with us both! The opticians have helped immensely with all my sons glasses and making sure the fit is good for him. Very content with our purchase of glasses and contacts.
I had my most recent eye exam with Dr. Baalman, the service from all the staff was Amazing! During the exam I had the Optos testing done and the Dr. showed me the results I could see the inside of my eye on a screen and Dr. explained that this helps monitor my eye health. Very thorough, will be bringing my family back here!
long standing patients 30 + yrs they great fast and friendly. except most insurance companies but you have Davidson's insurance policy for eye doctor sorry you have go somewhere else. I can stay but child is covered under her dad insurance
Horrible customer service. The front office ladies are would rather chitchat behind the counter instead of take care of the customer. Had purchased glasses from them and couldn’t even wear them for the entire year because the lenses were made wrong but was told the 3 times I went in that they were in fact correct and I was lying! Come to find out they were in fact made wrong after all. They covered the price to remake the lenses which is great. But the third thing I have a problem with is I was charged for a contact fitting ... read more
