I tired making an appointment online about 2 months ago and it said my appointment was pending approval. It never got approved and I tried calling multiple times so I made an appointment elsewhere. They still charged my card for the appointment as a no show when they never approved it. I called them multiple times on multiple days and even reached out to the owners on instagram and texted their number. No one has gotten back to me or resolved this issue.

Had an appointment for a color consult since I did not know what to book, and after a week of messaging Jessica on all platforms, I had received no response. I showed up today for my appointment and had trouble finding the place so I called the number listed on their website 3 times. No answer. Ended up finding the place 20 minutes later.
