The team of electricians were professional, smart, courteous, and friendly. They really listened to me and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Jason was especially great. They offered a very competitive bid too. I highly recommend them and would never use anyone else. I was very pleased with their work!
We called James with a main electrical panel emergency. Our lights started flickering and a couple of outlets sparked when plugging something into them. PG&E came out same day and said we needed a new electrical panel. James came over and soon got us squared away with a new panel. He even took care of the permitting. More importantly in my mind, he answered every single text and phone call promptly. Great communication. I highly recommend B.A. Electric.
