My family and I have been going to BA Dentist for over 5 years and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Gentling and the entire staff! Everyone is so welcoming, pleasant, and informative. Makes our visits that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend BA Dentist - a 5 star service!!
Great experience! I had what i thought was a cracked tooth. It ended up being a bad cavity. They fit me in the schedule to get it checked out and set me up with a future appointment to get it taken care of. The whole staff was nice, exceptional. It had been a minute since I had been to a dentist. If I would have known the dentist could be this great of an experience, I would have not waited so long to go back. Horrible customer service. After calling for two weeks and not getting a human and leaving messages I finally get an appointment. Their txt said 8:30am and at 8am I receive a nasty phone call stating we were late! I informed them that I live five minutes away and as I am little pulling into the parking lot at 8:10 they call and cancel my daughters appointment over 10min. My daughter was just informed by the ER that she has a horrible infection which is causing her headaches! Any doctor that would cause a child more pain over... read more
Dr. Gentling and his staff are amazing! They truly care about their patients and do everything to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend these wonderful people!
Tara is THE BEST!!! Makes you feel very comfortable & at ease with fears. Wonderful care! Great skill & knowledge. Great b.sd manner. Dr. G. is really great too! Best dentist office ever. Front desk was really nice too. I will never go anywhere else.
