This company never followed up after I accepted their estimate and they set a date to perform work at my home. When no one showed up on the appointed date, I called the office and was told they’d be out the next day. Again no one showed up. I called the office again and left a voicemail asking when they’d be coming to perform the work. No response. Now, do you think I have any remaining confidence in this company to perform competently ? I do not - neither should you.

The crew that took down 14 trees and another 6 in our neighbor's property worked so professionally and efficiently that it turned out to be a joy to watch. After dropping off a leaflet and negotiating a great price, the job was scheduled and completed within days. Highly recommend B4K Tree Industries for any tree removal project.

Trim work was fine. Hit large oak with equipment creating significant gouges in the bark. I approached them to indicate that I saw it and they then put tree salve on it.Did not co tact me to set up time to come to house. They just showed up and began working. Made multiple attempts to upsell and quotes were high compared to other trimmerscinevused

Scheduled with Corey to visit our home and review our tree project. After taking the morning off work to meet with him at our 10:00 AM scheduled appointment, no one showed. I tried calling several times and ended up leaving voicemail. Have not had a returned call. Very poor customer service.
