Ben was amazing! I had an issue with Water Bugs and ants. He was able to come out the next day. I actually waited a couple of weeks before writing my review because I wanted to be certain the issue has been resolved. Although I have not seen any ants or water bugs since my initial service, Ben indicated he would gladly return if I still had an issue. He is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Ben and B3 Pest Control.
Mr. Ben is fantastic. He is a great communicator and shows up when we schedule. I began his pest spray service about a year and a half ago (he sprays every 3 months) and have had NO bug issues since. He knows what he is doing, but he is also incredibly kind!
