Very caring and wonderful staff
Dr. Ramirez is a good Dr he has helped me a lot with my pain he is a nice man
If I could give a minus score I would. Waiting 3 weeks for the appointment is average. Got to the office at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment. Waited 2 hours before I was called back to a room. All patients in the waiting room stated this was normal no matter what time of day your appointment is. Waited another 45 minutes in the room. Was given an RX, took it for 10 days and it was not working so I called to see if I could get something else and the person I spoke to said a nurse would call me back. Waited 24 hours, no call.
