B3 really helped me excel at the game of baseball. Coach Ben and Coach Jeremy helped me create strength and power in the weight room. Using that strength I was able to implement the strength and power on to the field. B3 helps you get strong but also a better baseball or softball player.
B3 has been amazing for my son! He just loves this place and we see the results of the hard work! Thank you Ben and staff.
The People (Ben, Mikey, and others) make this more than a strength training or speed training gym. This is NOT a place you will be handed a "plan" and the coach goes and texts in the corner until the plan is finished. these are hands on coaches who lead by example and are engaged the entire time the kids are in the building. B3 has been such a great experience for me! The culture is unmatched and Coach Ben and Jeremy do a great job of helping each athlete in the gym. If you are looking for a gym to not only help you get to the next level but also succeed once doing so, B3 is definitely the place to be!
My son has been at B3 for going on two years now. He’s made huge gains not only in physical strength and agility but also in confidence being part of Coach Ben’s unique program. It’s not like any other youth training outfit out there. Can’t recommend highly enough for young athletes!
