We did not have a great experience today. The PA was pretty dismissive regarding my husband’s concerns of pneumonia developing as he is very susceptible and knows his symptoms well. We requested a course of antibiotics as that has been his standard of care with these symptoms in the past. You guys really need to stop with the automated replies to complaints. Makes you guys look even shittier than the prices and half the staff that hate working there.
Have been here twice with my elderly mother. Both times were super quick, great, attentive staff through the whole process. Haven't ever had to wait. Amanda the PA is thorough and takes her time. Great experiences.
You need to fire your director. This place is run like a veterinary clinic. No order, poor practices and ineffective treatments.
Belgrade Clinic was supposed to open at 8am was dark inside with three people waiting outside. A mom and small baby were waiting outside in the cold, she ended up leaving to go to the ER. Clinic didn’t open until 8:25am.. poor business practices
