Had a really bad experience today with a PA who was super dismissive about my issues. He basically told me he didn't know what to do and that I should probably just go to the ER. Instead of making me feel better he made me cry
Awesome experience. They got my kids in very quickly and were so caring and helpful. Very clean facility and the staff was so great.
We did not have a great experience today. The PA was pretty dismissive regarding my husband’s concerns of pneumonia developing as he is very susceptible and knows his symptoms well. We requested a course of antibiotics as that has been his standard of care with these symptoms in the past. The PA was not on board because he didn’t have medical records on him and simply didn’t trust my husband giving his own history. We left and went to best med directly thereafter.
