I made the appt by ClassPass and arrived here, the person told me didn't know so unable to serve me and let me reschedule. It's your responsibility to check the schedule and contact the client. You waste my time and gas to drive here. If you can not make it, you should contact me earlier then I can arrange other stuff. Now I need to wait for your refund and it is impossible to make another appointment today. You ruin my day off!!
