B & Z has been maintaining our property well, is easy to work with and responsive. We are very happy with them.

Completely inept at "managing" properties. My husband and I run a medical clinic on one of the sites they "manage." The ground in front of our building is swelling due to improper preparation for concrete pouring and water from the irrigation (according to the ground expert I just had out at my own expense). The expert stated that not enough clay and soil underneath the concrete was removed prior to pouring the concrete leading to swelling of the ground in front of our building. B&Z is a poorly responsive organization that allows for dangerous situations to develop. On the property managed by B&Z, the continued neglect to secure the garbage dumpster and appropriately providing security has led to dangerous situations in which encampments are setup on property. One such encampment is below. You will see errant feces, meth pipe , syringe and a large barrels of chemicals for meth production.
