My toilet over 20 yrs old ! Not flushing full ! I asked the plumber to replace my toilet he used a toilet auger said it was my drain pipe! 1000 k later no problem with the drain , the toilet needed to be replaced ! I kept asking BZ to replace the toilet ! It seems like he wasn’t interest ! I would not recommend this serviceman! ! On the reviews ask for Santiago the guy who saw me didn’t charge for the auger job ! but I didn’t need to pay for the drain specialist at 1000 k the drain was totally clear! I would highly recommend B Z Plumbing! I called them at 8:00am on a Monday morning,explained our situation. Tom Brownell was out to my home by 10:30am and our leak was repaired by 11:30am that same day! He is friendly,knowledgeable,and well priced.
Santiago did 2 toilet installs today . Totally professional, courteous explained what he was doing.Had me watch when he unpacked the toilets . Answered all my questions great job at a fair price. Any more plumbing needs I will call BZ
We had a new expansion tank replaced under warranty last month but we heard noises, every time we used hot water. Called BZ and Santiago Mendoza came out and explained that there were air bubbles in the line. We turned on all faucets for 2 minutes while Santiago released the control valve. Magic.... he gave us detailed instructions on what to do if if happens again. He was most courteous and very helpful in telling us how to drain our hot water heater in the future. Best part.... all covered under the warranty. BZ is the BES... read more
We had a leak under our sink and Santiago did a fantastic job! Turns out we had multiple problems which he immediately discovered and resolved. We highly recommend their services.
