Bought a new build house and this company’s sticker is on the garbage disposal, so I’m assuming they are to blame. We got a baby fork stuck inside the disposal so my husband had to take it apart just to find a terrible gasket, not sealed properly which is why it’s been leaking, a screw fell out so it wasn’t installed properly to begin with, then it breaks upon removal. It was a disgusting mess.. YouTube.videos offer a better job at installing than whatever professional installed this.
Disappointing experience. I had Bradford white send BZ Plumbing a brand new control valve for my heater last year, which gave up on me the night of Thanksgiving. I waited until Monday for BZ to open, and they never returned my call. When I called, they said I am out of luck, and they will charge me for device and labor cost without even considering investigating the issue that they probably should have done last year.
People are very professional and friendly!
My toilet over 20 yrs old ! Not flushing full ! I asked the plumber to replace my toilet he used a toilet auger said it was my drain pipe! 1000 k later no problem with the drain , the toilet needed to be replaced ! I kept asking BZ to replace the toilet ! It seems like he wasn’t interest ! I would not recommend this serviceman! ! On the reviews ask for Santiago the guy who saw me didn’t charge for the auger job ! but I didn’t need to pay for the drain specialist at 1000 k the drain was totally clear! I would highly recommend B Z Plumbing! I called them at 8:00am on a Monday morning,explained our situation. Tom Brownell was out to my home by 10:30am and our leak was repaired by 11:30am that same day! He is friendly,knowledgeable,and well priced.
