I had been a loyal customer at B-Won Nail for several years and was generally satisfied with their services. My main reason for continuing to visit was Wen, an exceptional nail technician who consistently delivered quality work with careful attention to detail. I've been coming to bwon for five or six years won't go anywhere else.
My wife and I both use this shop for pedicures. It is a first-class operation. It is clean, and the seating is comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and proficient.
Unfortunately, worst set of nails i’ve ever received. Multiple cuts on my cuticles, flooded nail beds, bumpy and uneven, and not evenly applied polish or clear coat.
