On the coldest day of the year my clothes dryer was not working properly. I went to the Yellow Pages and selected B & W first and made the call. The gentleman said he would be out within a certain time and then called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived with a positive attitude and was able to fix the problem immediately (of course the problem was explained to him before he arrived). This past weekend the knob on my washing machine broke not the timer just the knob. I called a number of places to find someone to come out or tell me what to do. I then called b & w (and told him in advance what I needed)he did come out, but he charged me double what the other three companies I called would have charged me to come out. He charged me $105.00 to unscrew a knob and put a new one on, it took approximately 1 minute to unscrew the broken pc not even a tool was used.
