There was no air conditioner in this place. Only fan, meaning it was hot and muggy inside. I asked for coffin/ tapered square nails in milky white acrylic. They charged me an extra $5 for white acrylic that looked nothing like the example picture I showed them. I was informed that the acrylic would be a close match, but not exact, so I shrugged it off and just requested them to add gel color on top. The end result was sloppy. I’ve been coming to this place since I was a little girl! If you’re concerned about the other reviews that state this place is unhygienic, please don’t be. They may not use plastic in the pedicure basins or whatever the hell you guys are talking about, but they never take two clients back to back on the same pedi machine—they will ALWAYS clean all of their equipment before using it again on another person. They use the same nail file ,cuticle cutter, nail clippers on every single customer. It is extremely unsanitary . The man tried to use the same callus remover on my feet that I just seen him use on prior customer. They also have no plastic in the basin when doing pedicure.
