I recently got a water heater from them. The reason that I will not recommended them is because they charged 3 x more than they should have. I feel as if my family and I were taken advantage of. I work very hard for my money. I was at work when the service was done. Additional family members took care of the service call while I was at work. I was not notified ahead of time of how much the unit and labor would be. This service call was not handled in a professional manner. The family member that was left to take care of this... read more

I cannot say enough for B & W Heating & Cooling. The tech was extremely professional, explained everything that was happening including our options, and had the A/C repaired within the hour. Recently had our air conditioner go out called at 430 in the evening Tech was there within 20 minutes took care of the problem in less than an hour. we have used B&W for a few years now and are always satisfied whether it's heating, cooling or a new water heater they can and will take care of you...Plus I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses over well you know ....
Customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE from calling to make an appointment to a follow up call on why my tech was an hour late, talked to Beth and she was extremely rude. Based on this encounter on the phone I will NOT call back out for further service or yearly maintenance, and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I will be calling another local company for all future work. Customer service from the start is key to keeping customers.
