RecommendedCalled B&W because furnace was blowing cold air, requested a service call at 3 pm. Gordon was there at 3 pm and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem, he informed me that I had a hole in the heat exchanger for the furnace and that it was unsafe to use and he shut furnace off. I asked for a quote for a new unit and air conditioner. He informed me that it would be a week before it could be installed. B&W furnished me two portable heaters until units were installed. We just had a new furnace and AC unit put in about 3 weeks ago. We had other companies come out to give us bids but they seemed more like a sales tactic. Cory came out and he was very knowledgeable about the products. He made suggestions on what would work best for us and explained everything. Cory with the B&W team showed up on time for the install and worked very efficiently to get everything installed. They went over everything once everything was all finished. Guys installed a new furnace for me within a few days and did a good job. Pricing was competitive with other businesses. Slept much better without hearing the old furnace down there struggling to light and run. The new Amana furnace is so quiet you can’t even hear it. With all the basement doors open.
