We love B&W Air! Been using them for years and they have not once done us wrong, overcharged or tried to swindle us like a lot of these other companies. Shout out to Amber in the office for always being lovely and her amazing technicians!
After being told by one company that I needed a new compressor for my downstairs unit and needed to replace the total system due to its age, I called B & W Air, Inc. for a second opinion and quote. B&W came out when expected, confirmed the issue, and gave me a very competitive price for the A/C and furnace replacement. B&W removed the old unit and installed the new perfectly, taking great care throughout the whole process. I was advised to contact this company from my builders in my subdivision after my A/C unit was going out. I had only been in my house for two years. I spoke to the owner, Ms. Barbara that was super friendly that explained everything to me. She sent her technicians out the very next day. I had anticipated paying for the services, but Mrs. Barbara did not charge me anything. I am super appreciative and grateful . I will continue to use them for future services and recommending them. I am in a new build in Nicole Place in Horn Lake Mississippi built by Lowe's construction and my house is 15 months old I had 3 service calls under my warranty now that the year warranty is up guess what my upstairs unit not cooling as effective as it should I called...not one but two heating and air companies to diagnose the problem both are telling me there's an issue with the metering system and had to get blower adjust because it's was out of specs on unit that's not even two years old...one company did not want to fully... read more
Miscommunicates price, timeline, and doesn't honor warranty on systems they originally installed (<5 years old). Tried to charge $130 service call + $450 labor to spend <10 minutes installing a defroster board that can be purchased OEM from amazon for <$50. Had originally communicated service call was all that needed to be paid and the issue was warrantied. Left me without A/C in Memphis heat for days during this exchange.
