My wife and I moved into a new home where B&W air did the HVAC installation. Long story short upstairs AC could not maintain temp when it was hotter than 85� degrees outside. Tried resolving the issue via warranty and was gas lit for the entire summer. I was told it was very normal for AC systems to lag in Mississippi in the summer. Hired to clean out the dryer vent and was quoted on the phone by Donna $250 for them just to come out and then another $150/hr of work. I even questioned the $250 while I was on the phone with Donna because that seemed a little high for a service call and she confirmed that was accurate. I expected to pay about $400 if the work only took 1 hour, which it did. Once work was completed, I was handed a breakdown of $125 for the service call, $150 for labor, and $250 for the cleaning. We had an amazing experience with B&W, we had a part break due to a manufacturing issue & they swiftly took care of us & replaced it. The owner really seems to care about her customers.
We love B&W Air! Been using them for years and they have not once done us wrong, overcharged or tried to swindle us like a lot of these other companies. Shout out to Amber in the office for always being lovely and her amazing technicians!
After being told by one company that I needed a new compressor for my downstairs unit and needed to replace the total system due to its age, I called B & W Air, Inc. for a second opinion and quote. B&W came out when expected, confirmed the issue, and gave me a very competitive price for the A/C and furnace replacement.
