That we are very grateful to all the nurses and doctors who took care my cousin like 15 days ago that came in pretty bad condition.. nurse and doctors in icu and the one step down floor too. I had an excellent experience with Melissa, a nurse at HCA West Palm Hospital. She was incredibly kind, caring, professional, and attentive throughout my time there. What meant the most to me was that Melissa took a moment to pray with me before my surgery. Her compassion and genuine care gave me comfort and peace during a very emotional and stressful time.
