I was looking for a caregiver for my son, Franklin county sent me list of Agencies, I was a bit skeptical about this company because they are located in Cleveland, I took a bold step to call them, spoke with the CEO of the company, I found out they have offices in both Franklin county Columbus to be precise and Delaware county, I picked interest in them after talking to several companies. I can not say enough about this Health Care Agency the Owner and the whole company and there workers provide excellent service and there aid are very professional and carrying there scheduler always makes sure that there is some one in your home if you permanentaid either calls off or has a Doctor Appt. Also this is the very first Agency were the actual owner had came out to my house not only to deliver paperwork that I needed but also sat down with us and made sure if we had any issues or concerns.
