I've taken my 2006 Subaru Outback & 2006 Nissan Frontier to B-Town for everything over the past couple years, including check engine lights, tune ups, odd noises, difficulty starting, check overs, oil changes, etc. Each time they're thorough, diagnose the problem, and give me a fair estimate of what it's going to cost and a list of what's priority over something else. They have taken such great care of my 4runner! Great people and great prices. I am grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust and they go out of their way to make sure I understand what my car needs.
Had an appointment to get my oil changed and was assured on the phone that they are taking COVID precautions. I walked in to 5 employees, none in masks. One put one on when I said something but I’m not willing to risk getting sick to get my oil changed. Too bad because otherwise the one guy seemed very nice.

my daughter had her master cylinder replaced there it was about a year ago it cost her 1100.00 and its cracked now. THEY took advantage of her. i just found out they charged her so much that's shameful of you as i know you do things to help single women with grace place a couple times a year. I see how you truly operate now. shameful.
B-Town is hands down the best auto mechanic I’ve ever had. They worked patiently and honestly on 5 pre-purchase inspections for me, and helped me find the safest used ride for my family. The customer service is phenomenal and their work is legit. I’ll never use a different shop! Thank you B-Town!
They pick up and deliver. put shocks on my van. Rescued me to jump start on my Truck.then gave me a ride home. When they was done they delivered the Vehicle .Put in a new battery.
