Very friendly staff, very time efficient, the doctors care what you have to say and help as much as they can to get you answers or care you need.
Very personable doctor! His bedside manner was reminiscent of old school health care where people are people not patients. He looked me in the eye and actually touched the area(s) of concern. He was concise with his assessment and diagnosis. I left Emerge Ortho feeling good about the direction of my care. The office staff was friendly, my sister and I even received a hug from one of the staff members. It felt good to believe that their interactions were genuine.
Dr. Todd Smith is the best of the best. He cares for his patients and takes up time with his patients. His staff is also the best.
