Jamie is the best thing about this place. She is always full of energy and ready to assist in anyway. She’s one of the main reasons I return! She always recommends the best lotions to meet my tanning goals.
I purchased a Groupon for two spray tans in February and used one of them shortly after, leaving one remaining. On Tuesday, July 14, I called B Tan to verify that I still had an active spray tan available. I used to really like this place, but my experience changed when I decided to cancel my membership. It felt like the only priority was continuing to take my money, regardless of my loyalty or the referrals I’ve sent their way. Management told me they would call me back within two days. My daughter went in and asked for 30 days of tanning. They signed her up for a monthly membership and now they refuse to cancel her membership. It auto renews. Apparently there was a way to have 30 days without a membership but they signed her up for a membership that has a two month minimum. Now they won’t cancel it.
