I used to really like this place, but my experience changed when I decided to cancel my membership. My daughter went in and asked for 30 days of tanning. They signed her up for a monthly membership and now they refuse to cancel her membership. It auto renews. Apparently there was a way to have 30 days without a membership but they signed her up for a membership that has a two month minimum. Now they won’t cancel it. I hadn't laid in a tanning bed in over 15 years, so I was honestly pretty nervous about getting back into it. I decided I wanted a tan this year, but I had no idea what the process was like anymore or where to even start. Been coming to this location for years, and today I met Jamie for the first time. She was an absolute pleasure! She gave me so much helpful information about the lotions and all the amazing benefits of UV tanning. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made the whole experience even better.
