Decided to tan here all winter for a spring cruise wedding this past year. I never encountered a problem, all of the workers were friendly, and it was always clean! Never went to a tanning salon before so they were very informative and helpful with any questions I had. Shout out to Dominique who always was there to help and became a friend of mine :)
B-tan is the best for quality, price, and customer service! I love walking in to the Berlin location and being treated like a friend rather than another faceless customer. Workers are super informative about different lotions, beds, and tanning in general. Would definitely recommend B-tan = BEST tan!!!
All of the girls at B-Tan are very friendly and helpful! The salon and tanning beds are always clean. I tan in the 60 level and it can get me very dark. They also have fun events for customers like their customer appreciation days, where everyone tans free, there are free snacks, and they raffle off baskets!
Great salon. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
