Bob has done 3 home inspections for me and has nailed it each time. He just doesn't tell us what needs to be corrected he shows pictures and explains the importance of fixing it rather it be simple or more difficult. He never suggest if we purchase or don't purchase, just lays out th facts which I am grateful for. I would recommend Bob to anyone needing an inspection.
