Living with a serious mental health condition has made finding the right care within the local Tennessee healthcare system incredibly challenging, but my experience with B&T Health has been exceptional. I contacted this office for help with some insomnia primarily. I made it clear my first appointment I wanted to obtain FMLA as I was worried about my job. Later on I got an email from my provider (who is very new at the practice- i spent the majority of our time together watching him DM others in office my ?’s) that they want to see me 3-6 times before signing my paperwork. I have been with my provider Alexandria priano for about a year now. She really has helped me though alot of my mental health and we have both seen notable growth. Im someone that has had to shop around for a therapist before and im so blessed to have found her. She doesnt just listen she give suggestions and feedback and when you make progress even small progress she let's you know which is so important!
