Terrible management & owners, hire thugs & druggies. Nobody wants to work for $8 an hour, anyway! Close this ghetto place down, can't even clean properly. Lol
Dan and Mark do not know how to communicate with their employees and when they do so they are very rude and unprofessional I do not foresee this company lasting very long
Jasmine and Brittany are the best from BT Cleaning. Always on time, always considerate of the staff, quick, efficient, and very kind to employees and customers of the establishment.
Disappointment in the cleaniness values of this company. Robby's lack of concern of cross contamination is vulgar. Pulling pucks from urine filled urinals without washing hands, using the same rags from cleaning toliets to desks and countertops, harassment of establishment employees, lack of punctuality, and inconsistent cleaning. I was shocked to see this while visiting a location he was cleaning.
Brittney and Nikki are WONDERFUL! Very thorough & professional. Exceptional work & attention to detail. They are very flexible & I love how they work to squeeze me in for a cleaning at last minute. I definitely recommend..
