Excellent. Very thorough, took his time. Was available for calls after the fact, and a no cost visit more than a year later after something arose that concerned me.
I cannot tell you how worth it this was. This exceeded my expectations by a mile. They went over everything in such understandable and informative detail. I feel more confident as a new home owner and know how I want to approach house projects. They are an inevitable resource. Lenny and Dan were my guys and they're both awesome and friendly. Had a fantastic experience with B-sure inspection. Mike is who I worked with. He showed up to the appointment early and was very thorough in his walk through. He is full of knowledge and has answered every question asked (I had about a million questions). He took his time (about 2 hrs), which was wonderful as experience did not feel rushed in any way.
