I went to this vet upon recommendation. Unfortunately, every interaction, visit, call or email, was handled in an unprofessional way. During COVID, starting in March, i tried to schedule a regular flea and vaccine appt for my pet- after being told over the phone that the multiple times that hospital was not scheduling, I tried emailing-no response after multiple attempts. We came here from Amicii because Amicii was horrible with appointment scheduling and are ridiculous with their prices. This was our second appointment with B street and called 3 weeks before letting them know we wanted to do blood work. Our pup starting coughing and we told them in advance 3 days of our appt that we think he has kennel cough. We show up for our appt and the tech was under the impression he was just getting shots. I’m new to the area and passing through. After calling another vet, I was referred to B street. My little girl had diarrhea and was miserable, and they were able to take her as a walk-in when even some emergency clinics are turning pets away. They were very good with her, and I can’t thank them enough for making time for her. On top of that, i paid much less than I expected. Thankful I was referred here, they were great!
I am new to the area, and I had an emergency. I'd already picked out my new San Diego vet before I moved, but when I called them, they told me "good luck getting an appointment"....... I called b street, they said they're booked for 2 weeks but then they cared enough to ask what was going on. I told them my baby girl was having issues urinating and they told me bring her in immediately and they'd triage her care.
