I had an excellent experience. Communication was clear, professional, and consistent throughout the entire process. Everything was completed exactly as promised, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again. 10/10 experience.
I had service with B Street twice this past month for two different cars. B collision is about 5 miles from our house. For both cars the service, timeliness, and results were superb. Staff are great and always keep us up to date with the progress. So long as our insurance still use B Collision as one of many partners listed by our insurance, I will select B collision.
B Street was extremely easy to work with after I was in an accident. The repair work and paint job was phenomenal. They were communicative, loved the texting options, and they returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. It felt like it was detailed and that is top notch service!!
