Horrible. She could not even get the correct house pictured on the final appraisal. She accepted to do an appraisal when she wasn't even licensed in IL. She has NO CLUE on the current market let alone the area the property is located. She is stealing people's money.
She has appraised many properties for us and very professional and spot on! Knows more than most in the area! Great work, uniformed and has the knowledge altogether. Wouldn't ask for any other appraiser. This is the one to use...
