Mtn of paperwork designed to grab an extra months rent. Beware of that. I called to ask about my refund on deposit (after moving out) and the lady answered the phone with “your card got declined...?”. who answers the phone like that at a business? I moved out of state, closed the account attached to the debit card used for rent and they tried to secure an additional months rent after overlooking that I followed their requirement of 30 days written notice (written on front of lease agreement - only needed unit for a month).
