As mentioned in the previous review, you get what you pay for. After many years of service with this company I generally have no complaints. However, be aware that they will renew your contract without any notification (yes it is reportedly stated in the contract). So, be sure to read the contract, understand the length of time before the "auto renewal" and set yourself an alarm if you are not sure you will continue with their service.
My wife and I thought the owner, Mr. Shapiro, was very forthright and honest. His price was extremely competetive as we had three other bids. However, as with all purchases, you get what you pay for. If you want cheap, unreliable equipment, the installation is cheaper. I am an engineer and am quite familiar with quality equipment and opted for a good system, not a cheap piece of garbage.
