Always a welcoming smile and talk! Love this place, we have been coming here for 2 winters now and they are the best company around! Customer service is not lost here, why would anyone go anywhere else??
Billy seems to be a decent guy when consulting him on my new house build. When it came time to install the regulators and fill the propane tank he and his son had issues and problems with my refurbished tank, the underground lines to the house and the location of the generator. The answers I got was “we’re not going to service you” even though the generator was installed by a license’s master electrician and the service line were installed by a licensed master plumber. Update your store hours. Not cool when you drive all the way to your business and it’s closed yet, the Google page says open on Saturday.
Billy and Robert are simply the best. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't buy propane anywhere else. Customer for life.
