If I could give no stars I would!! Steve Echert is a slumlord!! $800 a month for an apartment you can't even turn around in without tripping over yourself.. can't have a kitchen table because the apartment is dinky!! Units are not well maintained by Steve!! Furnace is way out of date.. My arm hairs have been burnt off just walking past the wall heater unit.. half our outlets don't work and the other have the plug won't stay in the wall.. Do not rent from this guy!!
