I spoke with their office to send someone out to service my ac unit. I was told someone would be out on a Friday. No one showed or called me. I was told they should have come out on Saturday and no one showed or called. I went in to see them on Monday and was told 3 employees didn't come in to work and that Mr. Carroll himself would be coming out on Tuesday. He never showed either. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
