Brittany is the best! I originally had my helix and flat pierced by someone else in town, and long story short—it was a terrible experience that led to an infection. Brittany was incredibly kind and made time to see me right away to fix the situation and switch out the jewelry. She responds quickly to messages, explains everything clearly, and keeps everything very clean and professional. I’m already planning my next piercing with her once my ear is healed💗
Our girls had their ears pierced with Brittany and we couldn't be happier! She's great with kids, explained what she was doing, was gentle and gave clear directions for aftercare.
